Tier II Reporting - Facility Login

The reporting application is available 24 hours a day except for two half-hour outages from 2:00 AM to 2:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday.  When possible we will give advanced notice on this page if the schedule changes.

Questions regarding facility ID numbers and passwords should be directed to: Mark Lohnes at 402-471-2588 (email mark.lohnes@nebraska.gov).  Problems with the application should be reported to Tier II Help.
